The ‘Speed-dating of Football’ is back in Amsterdam
We’re thrilled to announce that the next edition of Wyscout Forum – the world’s leading event for football transfer negotiations and global scouting of players – will be held at the Johan Cruijff ArenA, in Amsterdam (NL), on November 13-14, 2019.
Strategically settled during the international break and before the winter transfer window’s opening, Wyscout Forum brings together hundreds of decision-makers for two intensive days of negotiations. Known as the “Speed-dating of Football”, it’s the premier event for football transfers networking, attended by clubs representatives and players’ agents from all over the world.
A brand new format has been conceived for the upcoming edition: the first day – November 13th – will be reserved to club-to-club networking and conferences, while the second day – November 14th – will be dedicated to club-to-agent meetings, so as to ensure maximum effectiveness of negotiations. In order to offer an unprecedented networking experience, this year’s edition will be the most exclusive yet, with only a select number of attendees: Sporting Directors, Chief Scouts and some of the best Players’ Agencies in the world.
Manchester City, Juventus, Liverpool, Bayer Leverkusen, Santos Laguna, Ajax, CSKA Moscow Standard Liege, OGC Nice, FC Lokomotiv Moscow, Wolverhampton, LA Galaxy, DC United, Everton FC, FC Nordsjaelland, FC Utrecht, Fenerbahce, Hannover 96, Leeds United, HNK Hajduk Split, Levante UD, Rapid Wien, RC Strasbourg, Skoda Xanthi and Vancouver Whitecaps FC are some of the clubs that have already secured their spot as well as some of the biggest players’ agencies in the world.
Wyscout Forum will also be a chance for football professionals to share knowledge, know-how and the latest news around the Beautiful Game. This year’s conference program will feature Leeds United’s Director of Football Victor Orta, who will talk about the “Leeds United Model: methodology and recruitment”; and Wolverhampton Wanderers’ Head of Recruitment John Marshall, who will talk about the Wolves’ scouting model.
Representatives from both Hudl and Wyscout will also take some time to speak publicly for the first time after Wyscout becoming part of Hudl’s family in late July. By tradition, Wyscout founder Matteo Campodonico will be the first to address the attendees, welcoming them to Wyscout Forum 2019.
